Hartley & Parker Limited, Inc. – Martignetti Companies, in collaboration with Pernod Ricard, hosted a cocktail dinner showcasing the Jefferson’s Bourbon line at Boca Oyster Bar in Bridgeport on Nov. 13. Team from Pernod Ricard, Hartley & Parker management, and on- and off-premise accounts were in attendance for a buffet dinner and cocktails featuring the Jefferson’s Bourbon line, including Jefferson’s Very Small Batch Bourbon, Reserve Bourbon, Ocean Bourbon, Ocean Rye and the brand’s newest spirit, Tropics Aged in Humidity. Simon Nicolian, Whiskey Ambassador, Pernod Ricard USA, was in attendance to give guests a brand education on this unique spirit. Barrels of Jefferson’s Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey are exposed to the heat and humidity of Singapore. The weather conditions cause the spirit’s ethanol and water to evaporate at a faster rate and its sugars to caramelize, resulting in a more concentrated taste of its woodier and more flavorful notes.
