Highclere Castle Gin, in collaboration with Grano Arso Italian Eatery & Bar in Chester, created a luxury cocktail to benefit a local charitable organization. Created by local spirits entrepreneur and Co-founder and CEO of Highclere Castle Spirits Adam von Gootkin and Chef Joel Gargano, Co-owner, Grano Arso, the Royale Martini will be available exclusively at Grano Arso in November and December for $99. The cocktail is a sumptuous blend of Highclere Castle Gin, Vergano Vermouth Bianco and Cazottes Cédrat Liqueur, and garnished with an oat croustillant which is topped with crème fraîche, chive puree and osetra caviar. A portion of sales from the cocktail will benefit the Channel 3 Kids Camp, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing fun educational and recreational programs for children from a variety of backgrounds and abilities in the state. Grano Arso will match the proceeds raised. A media event on Oct. 26 launched the charitable effort.
