The fourth annual Hindsight & Friends event in Waterbury saw a gathering of local and regional brands pour for guests on Oct. 13. Guests enjoyed Hindsight Barbeque’s brisket, pulled pork and other barbecued meats, plus samples from breweries and spirits including those from Clocktown, Counter Weight, Kent Falls, Narragansett Beer, Connecticut Distilling and many more during the Sunday afternoon festivities celebrating the restaurant’s four-year anniversary. The award-winning BBQ venue also serves an extensive selection of craft beer cans, moonshine and bourbon whiskeys among offerings.
