The Cooper Spirits Co. has released a 6-year-old 100 Proof Hochstadter’s “Slow & Low,” a limited edition follow-up to previous expressions of the Rock and Rye bottled cocktail. This release has a drier taste than Slow & Low 84 Proof and a striking orange label. The history of Rock and Rye dates back to the early 1800s; the cocktail combines straight rye, oranges, honey, bitters and a small dose of rock candy. Ready to drink.
