Newport’s One Bellevue, a boutique American bistro located inside the iconic Hotel Viking, debuted seasonal fall drinks featuring spirits from Newport Craft Brewing + Distilling Co. The Cozy Cocktails menu, developed by Newport Craft in partnership with Hotel Viking’s Alex Pendergrass, showcases Thomas Tew Rum, Newport Craft Vodka and Newport Craft Sea Fog Rye Whiskey. Some of the seasonal cocktail selections available include the Give ’em Pumpkin to Talk About, featuring a blend of Thomas Tew Rum, pumpkin puree, spiced syrup and egg white; the Alotta Horchata, a blend of Newport Craft Vodka, Kahlúa and Stumptown Horchata cold brew; and The Apple of My Rye, which showcases Newport Craft Sea Fog Rye Whiskey blended with local apple cider, orange jam and ginger beer. Newport Craft Brewing + Distilling Co. crafts gin, vodka, amaro, single-barrel rum, moonshine and whiskey with all distilling, aging and bottling done at its Newport facility.
