The Industrious Spirit Company (ISCO) celebrated the arrival of the yuletide season with a Winter Solstice Celebration in its tasting room and patio in Providence on Dec. 17. The event featured cuisine from Mosaic Table, a gourmet service offering meal and private chef services that uses locally sourced ingredients from small farms and businesses in support of its events, each crafted by Private Chef and Owner Anat Sagi. Guests created their own blessing bundles made with plants provided by The Lilac Thief. The celebration was spearheaded by Cait Jackson, Head Bartender, ISCO, with help from ISCO’s tasting room team of Makayla Habershaw, Tasting Room Manager and Marketing Director, and Parker Luthman, Beverage Director. Guests enjoyed five specialty event cocktails created by the ISCO bar team featuring ISCO’s Providence-made spirits, including Two Makes a Pear, featuring ISCO Structural Vodka; Sage Advice, featuring genmaicha-infused ISCO Ostreida Vodka; Rosemary Haze, featuring rosemary- and lavender-infused ISCO Ornamental Gin; Corpse Reviver with ISCO Ornamental Gin; and a hot mulled cider with guests’ spirit of choice.
