Brescome Barton hosted a cocktail competition featuring Jägermeister at Flora in West Hartford on July 8. While bartenders mixed up creations using the featured spirit, guests enjoyed specialty menu Jägermeister cocktails and food from the team at Flora. Rob Szabo of Farmington Gardens was the first-place winner with his cocktail, Germania Club; Dan Shekman of Oak Haven Table & Bar came in at second place with his Drop Beets Not Bombs cocktail; and third place went to Rachel Markoja of Viron Rondo Osteria for her creation, The 1878.
