Johnson Brothers of Rhode Island welcomed a new portfolio of spirits from Lafayette Imports, which owns and imports award-winning spirits from producers who are dedicated to quality, craftsmanship and innovation. Now in distribution is Powers Irish Whiskey Ultra Premium Pot Stilled Whiskey, crafted with malted and unmalted barley, nonchill filtered; Torino Starlino Vermouths, with its eye-catching packaging inspired by the architecture of Hotel Starlino located just outside of Turin, the birthplace of aperitivo; Plymouth Gin, a heritage brand of classic Navy Strength Gin, distilled using a blend of seven botanicals including juniper berry and citrus peel, since 1793; Butterfly Cannon Tequila, made from 100% Agave in crisp Silver Cristalino; Rosa, infused with Mexican pink grapefruit peel and Blue, infused with Prickly Pear and Clementine with a natural blue color; Knappogue Castle Single Malt Irish Whiskey, named from the castle from which it is inspired; Shanky’s Whip, distilled, blended and bottled in Ireland as a blend of Black Irish Whiskey, Irish Spirit with natural vanilla and cream flavors and infused with caramel and Spytail Rum, a Cognac finished rum, known for its French craftsmanship, using a centuries-old method of macerating fresh ginger root and other spices in barrels of maturing rum.
