
A recent tour of Johnson & Wales Cuisinart Center for Culinary Excellence (CCCE), the 82,000 square-feet LEED certified facility, was led by Edward Korry, Department Chair, Beverage & Dining Services. A Certified Wine Educator and a registered tutor of the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET), among other national and international distinctions, Korry highlighted the beverage program offerings for The Beverage Journal visitors.
