KAS Spirits’ KAS Krupnikas, a Lithuanian honey liqueur made in New York, was featured at an opening night party to kick off Greenwich Restaurant Week on October 26. The celebration took place at the J House Hotel in Greenwich. KAS Owner Kestutis Katinas was on hand to showcase the spirit while J House’s “Cocktail Master” Joe Riggs created specialty sips for guests, including the Ruby Crown Cider Stinger, an infusion of KAS Krupnikas, apple cider and spicy cranberry. Greenwich-based chefs prepared tapas and light bites and Kunjun Collective provided musical entertainment for the evening. The New York-based KAS Spirits is distributed in Connecticut via Highland Imports.
