Latitude Beverage Company Adds Wines

By April 25, 2018Connecticut, Top News

Latitude Beverage Company introduced 90+ Cellars Lot 141 Prosecco, the first wine in the 90+ Cellars portfolio to be certified as made from organic grapes. The new Italian sparkler is made from organically farmed grapes grown in northeast Italy. The Prosecco is “fresh, dry and crisp” with aromas of elderflower, citrus and juicy peach. In the process of making this wine, secondary fermentation occurs in pressurized tanks and the wine is left to rest on the lees for a month prior to bottling. Latitude Beverage Company also added Italian wine brand Corte Fiore to its imports portfolio. Produced by a group of growers within the Abruzzo and Veneto regions, Corte Fiore’s offerings include a rosé and Prosecco, as well as an Appassimento red wine, made with partially dried Montepulciano grapes.
