Guest Chef Mathias Peter created traditional Alsatian Tarte Flambée selections for the reception and dessert by featuring varieties of his famous recipes. Dinner courses were created by Chef Jay Taylor, The Wharf Restaurant, Madison Beach Hotel. Guests, who included iconic chef and author Jacques Pepin, also had the unique experience of enjoying a 1964 Chateau Lafite-Rothschild Paulliac from the wine vault of Ric Duques, Owner, Madison Beach Hotel. The Epicurean Series events are held throughout the year at Madison Beach Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, each with a different theme.
