Under the guidance of Lead Bartender Mike Mills, attendees were treated to the venue’s innovative creation of the month, a cocktail aptly named Spring Is in the Air. The session highlighted Hendrick’s Grand Cabaret as the star ingredient, which was artfully combined with amaro and Aperol to craft a unique blend that perfectly encapsulates the essence of spring. “This initiative showcases the versatility of Hendrick’s Gin and solidifies Madison Beach Hotel’s reputation as a hub for cocktail enthusiasts seeking new and exciting experiences,” said Stacey Pabst, Trade Development Manager — William Grant, CDI. Made under Master Distiller Lesley Gracie as a limited-edition offering, Hendrick’s Grand Cabaret offers stone fruit flavors, sweet herbs and rose scents.
