
The wines of Maison M. Chapoutier were featured at an exclusive pairing dinner at COAST Restaurant in Watch Hill’s Ocean House on March 10. Chris Brooks, Area Sales Manager, New England, Folio Fine Wine Partners, and Manny Gonzales, Import Specialist, Horizon Beverage Co., were in attendance to present the wines to guests, along with Jonathan Feiler, Wine Director and Sommelier, Ocean House Management. Guests enjoyed a multi-course menu featuring cuisine prepared by the culinary team at COAST under Ocean House’s new Executive Chef Terence Feury, with each course paired with a different Maison M. Chapoutier wine. During the evening, guests tasted M. Chapoutier La Combe Pilate Esteban Sparkling Wine, Les Greffieux, Petite Ruche Blanc and Hermitage Monier de la Sizeranne.
