
George’s of Galilee hosted a Bourbon & Bites event featuring the Maker’s Mark whisky line on Dec. 8. Guests enjoyed specialty cocktails and tastes featuring Maker’s Mark paired with small plates and whisky education led by Thomas Johnson, Territory Manager, Beam Suntory. During the afternoon, guests tasted Maker’s Mark 101 High-Proof Bourbon, 46: French Oaked Bourbon Whisky, Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky and Cask Strength Bourbon. Maker’s Mark is a small-batch bourbon whisky produced in Loretto, Kentucky, by Beam Suntory. The brand history dates to the early 1950s and is part of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. The brand is distributed in Rhode Island via Southern Glazer’s Beverage Company.
