Visiting Nurse & Health Services of Connecticut (VNHSC) is hosting our 8th Annual Hope for Hospice, Wine Tasting and Auction to benefit our Hospice & Palliative Care program on Friday, May 3, 2013 at Rentschler Field in East Hartford. This event attracts over 300 patrons from Hartford and Tolland Counties who have a vested interest in our exceptional services throughout North Eastern and North Central Connecticut. Proceeds from this event go the organization’s hospice patient care fund, which provides end-of-life care to those who are uninsured or underinsured. Fundraising is a crucial component in successfully providing services to those who cannot provide it for themselves.
