Rosé is called rosato in Italy, and Messer del Fauno is a stellar example. Made using the traditional skin contact method, once the ideal shade of pink is achieved the wine finishes fermenting in stainless steel. This classic method combines the fragrant scents of a white wine and the elegant freshness of a young red. The wine displays light berry and peach aromas and palate notes of citrus zest, watermelon and minerals.
