Mixologist: Anne C. Hermans

Drink Name: “Pom on the Rocks”

Recipe:
Over ice in rocks glass, pour
1 oz. POM pomegranate juice
1.5 oz. vodka of choice
1/2 ounce Stirrings triple sec
Fresh juice of 1/4 lime
Generous dash Fee orange bitters
Garnish with a lime wedge

The drink, Herman’s own creation, is a “balance of tart and sweet with a little depth added by the bitters,” she said. “It’s quick and easy to make, and accommodates top-shelf vodka nicely.”
