Monsieur Touton Selection, Ltd. hosted Winemaker Luigi Coppo of Italy’s Coppo Winery at a four-course dinner created for guests of Tarry Lodge in Westport on February 25. The Coppo Winery was founded by Piero Coppo in 1892 in Canelli, the capital of Italy’s famed sweet, sparkling wine, Moscato d’Asti. The winery also produces classic Piedmont wines with three distinct Barbera wines – L’Avvocata, Camp du Rouss and Pomorosso – as well as additional selections from Nebbiolo, Moscato d’Asti, Gavi and Chardonnay.
