By July 30, 2023Connecticut, Top News

Murphy Distributors welcomed Mendoza, Argentina-based Kaiken wines to its state distribution, including Kaiken Estate Malbec. From veteran vines planted at 3,000 feet of elevation, Kaiken delivers a Malbec that is intense and lively, with predominant aromas of black fruit, notes of mint, coffee and chocolate, and oak and smooth tannins on the finish.

Murphy Distributors added Mendoza, Argentina-based Kaiken, renowned for its commitment to producing wines that capture the unique terroir of the Mendoza region, to its portfolio. By blending traditional winemaking techniques with innovative approaches, Kaiken has carved a niche for itself in the international wine industry. Owned by Montes of Chile, Kaiken was established in 2001. “We are thrilled to bring Kaiken wines into our portfolio,” said Matthew Murphy, President, Murphy Distributors. “Their dedication to crafting exceptional wines aligns perfectly with our commitment to delivering premium products to our customers. We believe that the addition of Kaiken wines will not only expand our offerings but also provide Connecticut consumers with an extraordinary experience.” Kaiken wines encompass a wide range of varietals, including Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay, among others. Each bottle showcases the winery’s meticulous attention to detail and its deep-rooted respect for the land from which the grapes are sourced.
