The inaugural New England Summer Beer Festival took place at the Goshen Fairgrounds the weekend of July 6 through July 8. During four tasting sessions over the weekend, guests sampled a variety of beer and cider from craft breweries in the Northeast. Guests also enjoyed live music and food from a variety of vendors. A portion of the event proceeds benefited the Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation, a charitable organization that helps military veterans obtain guide dogs and Christmas Wish CT, a nonprofit dedicated to helping Connecticut families in need.
