Located among the canals and warehouses of Bow and Victoria Park, the distillery crafts its spirits to reflect honesty, grit, hard work and the fight for transparency in ingredients, labeling and price point. Its London Dry Gin combines notes of citrus and juniper, ending in a bold, spicy finish with juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, cardamom, cubeb berries, lemon and pink grapefruit peel among botanicals.
