
The Newport Winter Festival and The Mooring Seafood Kitchen & Bar hosted its annual Sam Adams Beer Dinner on February 17. Shelley Smith, Manager of Research & Product Innovation, Sam Adams/Boston Beer, led guests through the four-course pairing event with each Samuel Adams beer chosen to complement a distinct menu item as prepared by chefs at The Mooring Seafood Kitchen & Bar. A welcome reception featured hors d’oeuvres and a Sam Adams beer pairing to kick off the event.
- Guests enjoyed Samuel Adams beer selections, including Boston Lager, Cold Snap White Ale, Kellerbier, New England IPA and Oaked Vanilla Porter.
