New Haven’s Oak Haven Table & Bar continued its Rare Whiskey Dinner series with an Irish whiskey focus on showcased selections on July 8. Chef Kevin Wolcott created an Irish-inspired six-course, safely seated dinner to pair with the tasting lineup, which included Clonakilty Imperial Stout Trooper Cask Finish, Jameson 18 Year Old Limited Reserve, Tullamore D.E.W. 18 Year Old Single Malt, Redbreast 21 Year Old Single Pot Still and Midleton Very Rare Vintage Release.
