
Oceanstate Wine & Spirits expands its wine and spirits selections with new offerings from Poulet Père & Fils and SAP56. Made from vineyards spread throughout Burgundy, France, Poulet Père & Fils offers two new vintages in the line of French wines: a Pinot Noir and a Chardonnay, each 2019. New from Quebec, Canada, SAP56 pairs an exquisite 5 Year Old Canadian whisky with Grade A maple syrup, crafted over a 56-day harvesting and processing period of pure maple water as part of its special formulation. Made with 80% Ontario corn, 15% rye and 5% barley, SAP56 whisky is aged in a charred new oak barrel for a complex, elegant taste, offering distinct notes of oak and vanilla, with less sugar than traditional flavored whiskies.
- Poulet Père & Fils Pinot Noir 2019 features aromas of blueberry, raspberry and cherries, with a nice touch of spices. Smooth tannins and very fruity in the mouth. Its Chardonnay 2019 has a nose bursting with fresh fruit aromas, honey and acacia. Full and round in the mouth, the wine is well-balanced and very fresh.
- SAP56 is a new import from Quebec, with 50% less sugar than traditional flavored whiskies and 100% natural. Its artisans oversee a 56-day harvesting and processing period of pure maple water, resulting in a Grade A maple syrup with a robust taste and deep amber color. Available in 750 and 50ml bottles.
