Onyx Spirits Company celebrated Repeal Day with two events. The first took place at Rooftop 120 in Glastonbury with cocktails created by mixologist and bar manager Tyler DeVecchis, featuring a selection of cocktails using Onyx Moonshine, Onyx Apple Honey Moonshine and the new Secret Stash Reserve Whiskey. The second event, at The Tavern at the Exchange in Farmington, featured a special, decorated room in a Prohibition theme showcasing historic pieces of a bootleg still from Onyx Co-founder, Pete Kowalczyk’s family barn. The items will also be put on permanent display in Onyx’s upcoming tasting room at the distillery.
