Johnson Brothers of Rhode Island hosted a pairing dinner featuring wines from Orin Swift at Dolce & Salato in Providence on Jan. 30. Jill Hamilton, Sales Representative, Johnson Brothers of Rhode Island, and Sean McNamara, Area Manager Customer Development, E. & J. Gallo Winery, were in attendance to present the wines to guests. Guests enjoyed multiple courses of cuisine paired with Orin Swift Mannequin Chardonnay, Abstract Red Blend, Palermo Cabernet Sauvignon and 8 Years in the Desert California Red. Founded by winemaker Dave Phinney in 1998, Orin Swift Cellars is now owned by Gallo, with Phinney crafting the iconic California wines.
