Connecticut Distributors, Inc., hosted a pairing dinner featuring the California wines of Jayson Pahlmeyer at Nouveau Monde in Sandy Hook on June 14. Nouveau Monde’s Bill Towne, Owner and Chef; Adam Roytman, Executive Sous Chef; and Jeffrey Busk, Sommelier, prepared an intimate four-course meal for guests, paired with Jayson Sauvignon Blanc, Jayson Chardonnay, Jayson Pinot Noir and Pahlmeyer Merlot. Founded by Jayson Pahlmeyer in 1986, the iconic wines of Pahlmeyer Wines are created at Pahlmeyer Estate Vineyard, which is situated on the ridge of Atlas Peak in the Napa Valley.
