Last year was an outstanding vintage in Oregon as weather allowed grapes to reach peak ripeness. The grapes for PINO Cellars Rosé of Pinot came from both the Willamette and Umpqua Valleys. Using saignée to bleed off the lightly colored juice, winemaker Robert Stashak captured both a beautiful pink color and notes of strawberry, cranberry, and raspberry. The finish is long and crisp.
