Mancini Beverage, in collaboration with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, hosted a charitable cocktail competition at Moonshine Alley in Providence on Jan. 23. Moonshine Alley Bartenders Evan O’Neil, Charlie Pinto and Allison Gencarelli created original cocktails featuring Tito’s as their base spirit for a panel of judges, with Pinto emerging as the winner with his cocktail, The Dryad Lemonade. Each bartender chose a charity to support and all proceeds from ticket sales were donated to fundraising efforts, with Tito’s Handmade Vodka pledging its own monetary donations to three local charities: Amos House, Habitat for Humanity and The Izzy Foundation. Guests cheered on each bartender while sipping cocktails, entering raffles in support of each charity and enjoying live music by Pat Lowell.
