PVDFest, Providence’s signature art festival, returned to the city June 10-12. Hosted by the City of Providence’s Department of Art, Culture + Tourism and founding creative partner FirstWorks, the multiday cultural experience featured work and performances from more than 800 artists in an area spanning from Kennedy Plaza to Empire Street. Over 20 Providence-based restaurants served up dishes and demonstrations for guests, along with beverages from 25 festival bars. Mancini Beverage and McLaughlin & Moran, Inc., served as festival partners and exclusive beverage sponsors, with the festival highlighting Bud Light. Brand sponsors also included Tito’s Handmade Vodka, who offered two signature cocktails throughout the weekend; Astral Tequila; Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey; and Tanqueray Sevilla Orange. Tito’s Handmade Vodka, a PVDFest supporter since 2017, gave a donation to nonprofit and festival organizer FirstWorks. Two signature event cocktails featuring Tito’s were available at each festival bar during the weekend: Tito’s & Lemonade and Tito’s & Soda.
