Revival Brewing Co. of Cranston hosted a tasting of Clonakilty Irish Whiskey and Minke Irish Gin on December 3, 2019. Guests enjoyed specialty event cocktails featuring each of the two spirits imports along with food from Revival Brewing Co. The full lineup of Clonakilty Irish Whiskey was available for tasting, including Clonakilty’s Cognac Cask Finish Small Batch Whiskey, Single Batch Double Oak Finish, Port Cask Finish and Single Grain Bordeaux Finish expressions. Minke Irish Gin, which is crafted at the Clonakilty distillery from whey sourced by dairy farms in the distillery’s native County Cork, Ireland, was also showcased. Clonakilty whiskeys are triple-distilled, matured in hand-selected casks and finished at the distillery’s maturation facility, which borders the Atlantic Ocean.
