Well-known in America for their Moscato d’Asti, Risata is expanding to include Brachetto d’Acqui. Made from 100% Brachetto grapes grown in the village of Acqui, this sweet and fruity bubbly offers sweet berry flavors in the same way Moscato offers peach. With aromas of fresh roses and a candied raspberry flavor, Risata Brachetto d’Acqui pairs especially well with dark chocolate and fruity desserts. Very low in alcohol (5.5%), it is also easiliy enjoyed with dinner or sipped on its own.
