
Rooftop at the Providence G, in collaboration with The Industrious Spirit Company (ISCO) and ENO Fine Wines, hosted a pairing dinner on March 6. Hosted by Executive Chef Scott Trufan, Rooftop at the Providence G, and Manya Rubinstein, Owner of the Providence-based ISCO distillery, guests enjoyed a four-course dinner paired with spirits and cocktails featuring ISCO Blue Velvet Bourbon, Patina Barrel Aged Gin, Ornamental Gin, Structural Vodka and Ostreida Oyster Vodka. Throughout dinner, Trufan and Rubinstein shared information about each spirit and its culinary pairings. Guests were also treated to live entertainment by Frankie Lee Retrospect and special shopping discounts on ISCO purchases at ENO Fine Wines on Westminster Street. The Industrious Spirit Company line is distributed by Horizon Beverage of Rhode Island – Copley division.
