Rutherford Wine Company welcomed two wine industry veterans to senior positions within the company in October. Keith LaVine joined Rutherford Wine Company as the General Manager, Domestic Operations. LaVine will coordinate Rutherford Wine Company’s overall domestic and private label business, including working closely with the production and sales teams providing analytical data and guidance. LaVine has experience across sales, distributor and winery management in leadership roles at Sonoma-Cutrer Vineyards, Brown-Forman, Artesa Vineyards & Winery, Lynmar Estate Winery and Grupo Codorníu Raventos (Aveníu Brands). Rebecca Geschwender joined as Vice President of Sales, National Brands, with more than two decades worth of successful sales achievement, brand building and distributor management. She was recently Director of Sales at Grgich Hills Estate. Geschwender’s career also includes time with Diageo Chateau & Estate Wines and Wine Warehouse.
