
Scottish Dave’s Pub in Clinton showcased an evening of Scotch and cheese pairings from Glenglassaugh Distillery and Cato Corner Farms in Colchester in May. Owner Dave Robertson of Scottish Dave’s Pub, along with Kyle Helmstetter of Allan S. Goodman and Dan George of Cato Corner Farms hosted the event. Glenglassaugh Distillery products featured included Evolution, Revival and Torfa. Helmstetter educated guests on each Scotch and the distillery. George guided the cheese pairings, which included Bridgid’s Abbey, Dairyere and Hooligan, all produced on the Colchester farm. The Scotch and cheese pairing event is one of a three-part whiskey club series also featuring Brown-Forman’s Benriach and Glendronach.
