
Slocum & Sons, in collaboration with the United States Bartenders Guild (USBG) New Haven chapter, hosted a fall spirits portfolio tasting and cocktail competition at Saltbar in Stamford on October 22. Trade guests had the opportunity to sample a variety of spirits, during which six USBG-member bartenders showcased featured selections including Gonzalez Byass, Hepple Gin, Litchfield Bourbon, Lunazul Tequila, Street Puma Rum, Glendalough Irish Whiskey Double Barrel and Sagamore Rye during a cocktail competition.
- Showcased spirits included Camus Cognac, Bumbu The Original, Le Jay Cassis, Springbank Single Malt Scotch Whisky and Loch Lomond Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
