Multiple Brands Showcased During Slocum & Sons Sales Meeting

North Haven’s Slocum & Sons launched several new brands during a virtual fall sales meeting on Sept. 18. Sales representatives, distillers and winemakers joined the meeting via Zoom to present the new products in advance of the October-November-December selling season. Marcia Passavant, Regional Manager, New England, The Hess Collection, presented the latest releases from The Hess Collection: Allomi Pinot Noir and Allomi Chardonnay. Beth Mool, Vice President of Sales – East, Prairie Organic Spirits, announced the launch of new botanical-infused selections from the Prairie Vodka spirits line: Watermelon, Cucumber, & Lime; Grapefruit, Hibiscus, & Chamomile; and Apple, Pear, & Ginger. Rebekah Wineburg, Winemaker, Quintessa, gave a background about the Napa Valley-based Quintessa winery and shared its latest release, 2017 Quintessa Red Blend. Christen LaRochelle, Regional Field Sales Manager, Luxury, TRU Estate – Constellation Brands and Will Longo, Field Sales Manager, Constellation Brands, shared a new expression from High West Whiskey. Lauren Beck, Northeast Regional Sales Manager, Winc Wines, presented new clean wines from The Wonderful Wine Co., 2019 Chardonnay and 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon, which are organic, sustainably farmed, vegan and paleo diet-friendly. Shlomo Blashka, National Whiskey Ambassador, Real Wines Company, and Marty Hymowitz, Kedem Wines/Royal Wine Corp., presented Boondocks Rye Whiskey. Chris Danforth, National Sales Vice President, and Greg Metz, Master Distiller, shared the latest packaging refresh for Old Elk Blended Straight Bourbon Whiskey, as well as distilling techniques.
