New wine Segura Viudas Organic Cava and new labels for Segura Viudas Cava Brut and Segura Viudas Brut Rosé are now available.

Slocum & Sons welcomed a new Cava from Spanish wine producer Segura Viudas to its portfolio: Segura Viudas Organic Cava, made with organic, indigenous grapes of Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada. New labels accompany its existing brands in the state: Segura Viudas Cava Brut, created from a blend of reserve and nonvintage wines, a cuvée of Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada grapes; and Segura Viudas Brut Rosé, made with Trepat and Garnacha grapes. The Segura Viudas Estate, La Heredad, in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, dates back to the 11th century. Its winemaking team balances innovation and tradition from the land and location that goes back more than 2,000 years. Segura Viudas began producing its sparkling wines in 1959, crafting high-quality, artisan Cavas using viticultural practices that preserve biodiversity in its historic vineyard in Penedès DO.
