The Town of Simsbury hosted its 9th Annual Taste in Simsbury, held at The Riverview on August 30. The annual showcase hosted area restaurants and beverage suppliers for an evening of tastes. Slocum & Sons poured samples of Bollicini Prosecco made in Veneto, Italy. Bollicini Prosecco Brut has an intense fruity bouquet with a hint of apple and minerality. Wine and spirits were sponsored by The Wine House and Owner Bill Daum.
