Slocum & Sons welcomed several new wines from Thomas Labille Grand Vin de Bourgogne, each Eve Vegan certified Chablis wines. Etienne Boileau created the Domaine du Chardonnay in 1987 with his two associates, William Nahan and Christian Simon. Together, they helped build the strong Domaine known for creating internationally renowned Chablis. Toward the end of 2018, the team retired, letting a new generation run the business: Arnaud Nahan and Thomas Labille. Arnaud, William’s son, grew up close to the Domaine and worked with the goal of taking over the family business. Thomas Labille joined him as an experienced cellar master. The estate currently farms 35 hectares in the Petit Chablis, Chablis and Chablis 1er Cru appellations, showcasing the pure, mineral character of Chablis while making wines of intensity and freshness. New Connecticut offerings are Thomas Labille Petit Chablis 2019, Thomas Labille Chablis 2018 and Thomas Labille Chablis Vaillons 1er Cru 2018.
