The ninth annual Stadium Beer Fest returned to Woonsocket’s Stadium Theatre Performing Arts Centre & Conservatory on Sept. 14 with a touch of Oktoberfest flair. Guests enjoyed unlimited tastes of beer and wine from more than 20 vendors, including Rhode Island-based brands Foolproof Brewing Company, Sons of Liberty Beer & Spirits Co., Narragansett Beer, Diamond Hill Vineyards and Whalers Brewing Company, among many more. A variety of bites and plates included those from Ciro’s Tavern, Kay’s Restaurant, Olly’s Pizzeria, River Falls, Savini’s Pomodoro and Tavolo Wine Bar & Tuscan Grille. Proceeds benefited the Stadium Theatre Performing Arts Centre & Conservatory, a 1920s-era vaudeville theater and community center, which hosts a range of famous musical guests along with family-oriented community theater, dance and music groups.
