Shawn Conway, Chief Executive Officer, Ste. Michelle Wine Estates

Washington State’s Ste. Michelle Wine Estates appointed Shawn Conway as Chief Executive Officer, filling the vacancy left by David Dearie, who departed in October 2022. Conway brings 30 years of leadership experience to the role, including most recently as CEO of Peet’s Coffee. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade at Skyy Spirits, now part of Campari America. Celebrating more than 50 years of award-winning winemaking, Chateau Ste. Michelle is one of the few premium wineries in the world with two state-of-the-art wineries, one for red and one for white. The whites are made at the French-style chateau in Woodinville, built in 1976, while the reds are made at the Canoe Ridge Estate winery in Eastern Washington.
