Stillhouse Spirits Co. has filled another unbreakable stainless steel can with offbeat whiskey. Stillhouse Black Bourbon is the first bourbon mellowed in roasted coffee beans. Crafted from a blend of corn, rye, barley and limestone water, the whiskey is barreled in charred new American Oak barrels before being charcoal-filtered, then rested in roasted coffee beans. The process yields aromatic notes of caramel and coffee and a smooth finish. The matte black can comes in two sizes; 80 proof.
