Mohegan Sun hosted its eighth annual Sun BrewFest on October 4 and 5. The two-day event opened with A Taste of New England in the Earth Ballroom on Friday, October 4, which featured local craft beer selections paired with food from local restaurants, along with live entertainment. On Saturday, October 5 at Mohegan Sun’s Earth Expo and Convention Center, the brew fest offered guests tastes of more than 150 domestic local, regional and national craft beer brands as well as imports, ciders, canned cocktails and spirits. Entertainment included live music and games, such as ping-pong, foosball and a cornhole tournament. A portion of all ticket proceeds benefited the Channel 3 Kids Camp.
