Mohegan Sun hosted its fifth annual Sun Whiskey Union in its Earth Ballroom on April 16. During the sold-out evening event, guests enjoyed sampling more than 50 brands of domestic and imported whiskey, bourbon, Scotch and rye selections while learning more from distillery owners, whiskey experts and supplier representatives. Over 185 liquors were available for tasting along with food from Backyard Smokers of New London and NoRA Cupcake Company, with live music by Red Light. Proceeds benefited the United Way of Southeastern Connecticut.
