Mohegan Sun hosted its eighth annual Sun Whiskey Union in its Earth Ballroom on April 13. During the sold-out evening event, guests enjoyed sampling more than 50 brands of domestic and imported whiskey, bourbon, Scotch and rye selections while learning more from wholesalers, distillery owners, whiskey experts and supplier representatives. Over 185 liquors were available for tasting along with food from Bear’s Smokehouse BBQ and NoRA Cupcake Company, with live music by The Rakes. Proceeds benefited the United Way of Southeastern Connecticut.
