The talents of five chefs from four Newport restaurants converged for a beer pairing dinner at The Tavern on Broadway on January 16. During the “A Taste of Broadway” event, chefs from The Tavern on Broadway, Scratch Kitchen & Catering, Boru Noodle Bar and Binge BBQ created five courses of cuisine, each paired with a different beer from Two Roads Brewing Company. Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed Two Roads Passion Fruit Gose, Two Roads Lil Heaven Session IPA, Two Roads Cruise Control Helles Lager, Two Roads Conntucky Lightnin’ Sour Mash Bourbon Ale and Two Roads Espressway Cold Brew Coffee Stout. The Connecticut-based beer brand is available via Horizon Beverage Company of Rhode Island.
