The Cocktail Guru Returns to Newport Polo

Newport Polo’s summer season saw the schedule of international matches include cocktails and sips from The Cocktail Guru team, providing craft creations for guests and VIPs at a variety of events in June and July at The Pony Express Bar. Multiple beverage brands were presented by bar talent, as each match provided an opportunity to showcase spirits and sponsors. Sponsors included Aperol, Van Gogh Vodka, Marie Brizard Liqueur, Sipsmith London Dry Gin, Maker’s Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky, Hornitos Plata Tequila, Brugal 1888 Rum, The Famous Grouse Blended Scotch Whisky, On The Rocks Premium Cocktails, and RIPE Bar Juice and extended through an additional Après Polo cocktail experience. : The Westchester Fizz (left forefront), the signature cocktail of the Newport International Polo Series, was made with Champagne, Sipsmith London Dry Gin, Grand Marnier, fresh cucumber and strawberries, lemon juice and agave nectar. It was created in honor of Newport’s Westchester Polo Club, the first polo club in the U.S.
