
The Crow’s Nest at The Wharf Restaurant at Madison Beach Hotel celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with two specialty cocktails featuring Bushmills Irish Whiskey. Mike Mills, Lead Bartender, Madison Beach Hotel, created both of the signature tipples for the evening: one was an Irish Coffee featuring Bushmills Irish Whiskey and homemade Kahlúa whipping cream and the second was the Irish Breakfast cocktail, made with a blend of house-made bacon-infused Bushmills, maple syrup, fresh orange and lemon juices and a whole egg. Mills was joined by Martignetti Companies’ Sales Representative Colton Draine to educate participants. Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey is crafted using a recipe that was perfected before Prohibition. The blend of pure single-malt whiskey and lighter-grain whiskey results in a rich, smooth taste with notes of light fruit, warm spice, vanilla and honey.
